Healthy or Unhealthy?
Certain type of foods have both positive and negative effects.But do we really pay attention to these effects?Eating healthy is one of the most important things in life in order to feel suitable or in "shape" . For example many people eat hamburgers,but in what way does it benefits us?. Hamburgers is a very delicious meal that have many different toppings like :tomatoes,lettuce,bacon,onions,etc...As you can see these burgers do not contain fats, it has vegetables that have which is very good for our body and help our muscles get stronger. Eating less of the "bad" food we eat can help minimize the amount of calories we consume on a daily.According to "Source of food", "food is a combination of various ingredients that come from either plant or animals". In other words eating things that contain fats or many calories wouldn't hurt your body as bad if you consume them on a daily basis which can cause diabetes or gaining weight.
