School Food is Something Else!




The food that the school gives is healthy but it doesn't taste very good. Well, maybe it's because of what they put in the food to make it taste a certain way. It could be what the lunch supervisors think that's best for us. We think that the food we eat at school is not usually what we eat at home on a daily basis. Food that the school give us is to make us healthy possibly for other people that don't have a healthy intake upon there personal well-being. It's not good because they don't put as much oil or salt we usually eat. Either way is good for all of us. Some people say school lunch is processed food, which is bad for you. The school board is trying to minimize the calories we gain so they give students food they wouldn't want but, they also give food they would want for instance, pizza. Pizza has many calories but they also make you get fruit and juice to make the meal more balanced.

Healthy or Unhealthy?

        Certain type of foods have both positive and negative effects.But do we really pay attention to these effects?Eating healthy is one of the most important things in life in order to feel suitable or in "shape" . For example many people eat hamburgers,but in what way does it benefits us?. Hamburgers is a very delicious meal that have many different toppings like :tomatoes,lettuce,bacon,onions,etc...As you can see these burgers do not  contain fats, it has vegetables that have which is very good for our body  and help our muscles get stronger. In other words eating things that contain fats or many calories wouldn't hurt your body  as bad if you consume them on a daily basis which can cause diabetes or gaining weight. A burger is a very delicious meal when you're starving and its very easy to make. People have many opinions about this tasty treat if its unhealthy or well well let us explain all the benefits of the patty. A burger can have many toppings on it for example: lettuce,tomatoes,pickles,onions and and any other thing you would like. But the the most important part of the burger is the beef, fist of all it's super tasty and has a huge source of protein that can help make your body even more healthy, and the Toppings you put on it can make it even better. well yes a burger has around 354 calories and can have a huge affect on your weight, but this can be a benefit for people trying to gain weight. Yes burgers have lots of fats and oils that can be unhealthy so I suggest you not to go to a fast food restaurant, it would be better to make your own home-made burger. People still have many opinions about a burger and what it can do for you, but we suggest you should add it to your meals and enjoy the tasty tender patty.
